1. How do I add a Facebook group to Groupboss Chrome Extension?

Answer: For better ownership verification of the groups, an admin can add the group to Groupboss chrome extension by visiting the Settings of the group and clicking the chrome extension. Follow these two steps.

• Go to “Group settings” of your Facebook group.
• Click on Groupboss Chrome Extension. You need to remain on the Dashboard(First Page) of the Chrome extension as shown in the image below.

2. How to DELETE a Facebook group from Groupboss Chrome Extension?

• Open the Groupboss extension and click on "See All Groups".

• You'll see a list of all the groups you've added. Find the group you want to delete, select it, and click Delete. Confirm Delete and your group will be deleted.

3. Do I need to keep my computer on once the Auto-approval is ON?

Yes, for optimal performance, we recommend keeping your computer on and your browser open. In some cases, background processes may continue running even if the display goes to sleep. If your system allows background tasks to run while locked, GroupBoss may still function, but keeping your browser active ensures smooth operation.

4.  Why do my Facebook tabs refresh when I click "Approve by Groupboss"?

This happens if the group info isn't updated in Chrome storage. Refreshing updates the data, and the button should work properly on the next click. It usually occurs when switching between multiple Facebook tabs or windows. To avoid this, keep the approval page active or refresh it before using the button.
