Collect email addresses from your Facebook group members using Groupboss and sync those to EmailOctopus automatically. Let’s see how to do that.
⦿ Go to the Groupboss Chrome extension and sign in to your account.
⦿ Select the Facebook group from your Group list. Then go to Autoresponder and select EmailOctopus and click on Next.
⦿ Then you will need the API Key, List ID, and Tag Name of your EmailOctopus account. To get all those, sign in to your EmailOctopus account.
⦿ In your EmailOctopus account, Go to the Integrations and API section.
⦿ Now click Manage beside API.
⦿ Now create an API key. Copy the API Key and paste it into the Groupboss Chrome extension.
⦿ Then you need List ID. You can use a current list or create a new one. Click on the list and you will find the List ID in your browser's URL. Now copy the List ID and Paste that on the Groupboss Chrome extension.
⦿ Now you need the Tag. Inside the list, you will find the tag option. Create a new new Tag or use an existing one.
⦿ Now, you have all the information you need to configure this integration. Now click Save and your integration will be configured successfully.
⦿ Go to your Facebook group and approve the pending requests by clicking on Approve by Groupboss or Approve all by Groupboss.
⦿ After approving the requests, go to the new list you have created in your EmailOctopus account and refresh the page. There you will get the members' emails, whose requests you have approved.
